4. Warranty

All televisions come with a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7 day return policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reach NVY Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product.
